It wasnt expensive
Liars liars and liars, everything that appears in Booked.net is not true. Not wi fi working, not breakfast, not safebox, not credit card accepted, not dvd in room.

At the beginning they gave us a terrible room (tiny, dirt, uncomfortable ), after some complain we got a better room but still little bit dirty. The pool was cold.

Internet access. Charming old couple behind reception teaching us Vietnamese phrases.
No twinrooms available, very small double room offered instead. Not particulalry clean, paint peeling walls and mouldy bathroom. No breakfast despite it being included inthe rate. Rude staff.

Normally a continental breakfast is included but the boss of the hotel told me it was not included We had to pay for 5 "mi quang" + coffees in a shop next to the hotel.....

Very approachable staff and the pool that was extremely useful when it was hot. Lots of hot water, free internet access and breakfast.
There is a bar located a couple of door along that has very loud music until 9:30pm and the fact that the footpaths etherside of the hotel are largely unusable as they are parking for the ubiquitous motorcycle so that pedestrians are forced to walk in the road - somewhat hazardous in Vietnam.

Hotel staff informed us wrong abot travelling to saigon. They did some problems to us. They called taxi for us, but I am afraid, that it was a "monkey busines". We spent money for taxi but he took us to wrong place a we had to spend other money to go back. Be carrefull about hotel staff advices !!!

The breakfast is good since you can choose among several dishes and drinks.
The staff is mainly busy trying to sell you excursions and extras, so doesn't really pay attention at your needs. From 22 there is only a night guardian that doesn't speak a single word of English and will not be able to help you in case of emergency. The rooms are quite old and dirty, as also the sheets and the blankets. The room is not provided with any soap and the towels are quit old and not really clean

There was nothing extraordinary about it
The staff was not friendly at all. We have just arrived and they didn´t even say hello or welcome, they starting asking if we wanted to buy tours or ticket bus or whatever, we said no since we have booked everything in advance and they started being very unfrendly. You can sense they´re only looking for the money. The room was not clean at all and the location is not near to the beautiful old town. Hoi An is beautiful so we didn´t let the hotel ruined or marvelous stay :)
